Yes! When POTUS is reelected(for the 3rd time), he can get rid of many alphabet agencies or at least vastly reduce their reach. Since Federal law supersedes state law, we'll see less of, for example, state's Ag departments going after and trying to shut down farmers. As the wife of a man who farmed for years, I can say that the Federal regulations were outrageous as was the amount of paperwork. Telling someone where and what they are allowed plant on their own land - insane.
