ha, basing itself on the EU manifest, which the dutch rejected in a legally binding referendum, the only way this can be enforced is by implementation within the national laws.

this in respons to the failing parliament and council which cannot agree on client sice tracking.

as usual, the EU is totally dependent on stupid people.
