The Heritage Foundation has already initiated a lawsuit to prevent Buy-done from being removed as a candidate.
People do not seem to understand the lawfare avalanche that will be triggered by any demoncrap attempt to circumvent the many legal processes in each State regarding candidates, ballots, fund-raising, etc. They would 1) have to break so many laws, in so many States, and 2) get away with all of them, unchallenged, in order to be successful. That is simply not possible. Period. The end.
Buy-done hasn't even taken any action yet, and the lawsuits have already started. That is literally the whole point. Legally, they have no viable path to switch candidates at this late date, short of death. Wisconsin law actually stipulates that the only reason a candidate can be removed is due to their death.
In any States where they are unsuccessful in making a switch, Buy-done would remain on the ballots, but any votes for him would automatically be discarded. In reality, the demoncraps are stuck with Buy-done, until he is dead. (insert ominous foreshadowing music here).
They have until August 4th with Ohio's ballot laws to do a quick and easy change out.
If they pull some legal shenanigans they could do it potentially as late as September.
Let's see.
No. It is already too late. Deal with it.

We'll see. (And I genuinely hope they don't swap him out but I'm also a realist)
In conversations like this I like to point people towards the need in the English language for the word "unprecedented"
"Deal with it" is something I reserve for saying after something has happened. "We'll see" allows for the unexpected while retaining my credibility.
