Bringing false charges and threats to one's family (what happened to Thomas Massies's wife?) are already criminal, but when done to politicians, those crimes should have much worse consequences due to interference with our freedom to choose representatives. Politicians will need an extra salary to pay for the national security officer of their choice to protect them personally.
