If we have been visited (I think we have) and if parts of the world’s governments/cabal understand it and have utilized aspects for centuries, if not, millennium, what does that really mean?

By no means is this a new phenomenon it existed in ancient times just as it exists today. In modern and mid evil times we were dissuaded from believing in it, Hell, we were killed. And, through all of that it did not stop happening!

So what does this tell you?

*The most obvious answer is “the powers that be have never had authority over this situation”.
