The problem is two things.

Physical Space and Time.

An intelligence will always have to choose what it feels is the best out of many options.

When it does that. Us humans have to subjectively agree on what the best options are.

"feels" just another word for instincts. Instincts just another word for the "95%" of our brain we don't know what it does or how to access it.
