Timing is everything. If a federal agency used the chevron doctrine to essentially force the fake news msm under the guise of public safety, health and environmental—could it be done?

If the Supreme Court overturned that doctrine how fast could it recover?

Or is the msm wanting to try and get the public to forgive their sins by claiming they were forced at some point?
