I was wondering that myself. He is always very peculiar and precise with words. A few days ago there was a link to Richplanet discussing Julian' s life, at least what they knew about it.

It got spook written all over. But a special kind, I guess. It explains why he is so precise.

In a way it is even a quip on Pompeo's weight and size. hahaha, seriously joking, he is.
