In part it is code words to appease the normal people. Normal people refuse to understand these elites have supreme power over their subjects. These people are essentially royalty and untouchable.

For some reason a normal person (especially a USA normal) is content with a person being charged for sexual harassment, which means the subject is still free to be an elitist and royalty but now a new elitist and royal is to have the crown to lead the affected throne.
