I've tried searching for it here to no avail. I have been around since 2017 but somehow missed this one. Thanks in advance.

Yes, it's a reference to it, also started around 2015 and was commonly used to refer to multiple events the media would report then remove within moments of realizing it's not compliant with the woke agenda. It then spread to referring to any past event that was censored when that started getting big in 2017
