Biden has the exact same immunity today that he had yesterday. There is literally no change in the Presidential immunity law. It was Biden's DOJ that was trying to change Presidential immunity laws and failed to do so. So why didn't they demand he do this months, or even years ago?
Exactly. Did Fauxbama worry about immunity for official acts? Clinton? Reagan? Any president ever? No? Why? Is it because the Constitution already gives them ridiculously broad powers to do what they think is in the best interests of the country?

They want to literally kill the Supreme Court for handing down an arcane decision they don't like, which doesn't even change anything. Presidents were always presumed to be immune to prosecution for shit they do as president—otherwise we'd have seen them prosecuted before now.
