Well in NZ Winter has struck and our family has had four bugs in three months. Unvaxxed, but working with vaxtards, I think the last one was RSV from googling the symptoms. Lost voice on day 2. And a loong annoying recovery.

I take C D and Zinc all thru the winter. It works well and forget to do something in the summer and caught a small bug. Just runny nose.

yes, we take all those as well and some (inlcuding Ivermectin), and we exercise etc.

It's just that we have a highly vaccinated population and all the bugs knowns to man, circulating rite now.
