What in the hell are you talking about? Wong Kim Ark is the name of a Chinese fellow whose case came before the USSC in 1898 where definition of citizenship was at issue. https://www.law.cornell.edu/supremecourt/text/169/649

The man's name running for Senate from VA is Hung Cao. Hung Cao is a very accomplished man who was at one time a refugee originally from Vietnam.
