Most of Ozzie's problems were related to the over prescription of anti-psychotic and tranquilizing drugs his doctor had him on. Most of the rest were probably residual damage from the non-prescribed drugs Ozzie had used. Biden's problem is he has dementia.

Sharon and her Dad surely did a number on him mentally as well. Look at how they treated Jake E Lee, Bob Daisley, Lee K, Randy Rhoads, any guitarist that worked with him. Ozzy got Stockholm Syndrome from being treated the same way.
