Kansas: Koontz v. Watson (2018)

Allowed (but challenged) in:

Arkansas Times LP v. Waldrip (2021)

The trend seems pretty solidly in favor of it being made illegal... Might not get to the SC. I'd hold your ground if you're feeling like your arm is twisted on this.
