This X post caught my eye:

"While filming my documentary "WHAT IS TREASON?" I went to Skid Row with Audra Morgan, we dressed like homeless people and went undercover. Now I need your help. We are not 100% sure what we uncovered but there is a lot more to this story. Who owns VORTEX phones, How big is the contract with the US government, why did Vortex receive this contract?..."
There is a 10-minute embedded video of them procuring one of these phones.
The reason this jumped out at me is because last week, the State of California approved another $10.5 million dollars for an ongoing program they have to stalk low income people. Here is my write up of the meeting: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=2761.
Here is the relevant information from my write up:
"At the March 2022 meeting, FTB gave an uber creepy presentation about how for the last decade, they have been stalking low-income people who are not required to file...At the June 2024 Board Meeting, Item 5B was a request for $10, 500, 000 to be disbursed to California Department of Community Services and Development for this stalking program."
There are more details and links to proof in the write up.
Another item of note was that to get the free phone, the person had to be registered for Medical. As of this year, all illegal aliens are entitled to be on free medical: https://icaliforniamedical.com/medi-cal-for-immigrants-in-california/
I’m convinced there is a direct correlation between Obama phones and voter fraud. Why? The free phone tents always go up before elections. If you live in a good neighborhood you never see them. They target the poor, the homeless, the street people. They give you a free phone, you give them your data. They know u won’t vote. Most drug addicted, homeless people don’t. Then they use the data collected and they vote for you.
I believe bad actors fraudulently voting on behalf of these people is probably happening... but I think there is more to the story than only voting.
The State of California is OBSESSED with tracking people. At the Board Meetings, they opine that they can't get people to file tax returns if those people are not required to file. Last week, CA's tax agency approved $10.5 million dollars to stalk people that they KNOW don't have an income tax obligation. They don't need to spend $10.5 million a year simply for voter fraud... so what is the bigger picture for the tracking?
Money for “homelessness”? Body counts so they don’t lose House seats because everyone is leaving the overpriced crime ridden state? Whatever it is it’s shady and it doesn’t benefit We The People, we can be sure of that.
This is another excellent point. But the homeless budget is a different pool of money than this stalking budget.
I made a FOIA request for the budget breakdown for that stalking program for fiscal year 2024 -2025. Since the program has been going on for at least 12-years, I also requested the last 12-years of budgets. We'll see....
Interesting. The budget breakdown will be telling, unless every page is redacted, in which case it is even more telling. 12 years is 4 presidential elections. It is definitely worth looking into. Kudos for the FOIA effort! Is it basic money laundering, or something else?
Organ harvesting?
That never crossed my mind. What a chilling thought.
Yeah really... I mean, who'd give a shit if an "invisible" went missing? It's certainly plausible.
Stealing/trafficking kids wasn't enough... with record demand for human bodies, parts and fluids, they had to expand their "harvest" to include whoever else is "invisible" in society to minimize getting caught by people noticing. Who's gonna notice poor people that don't speak English are missing? Next to nobody...fuckers.
I briefly lived in the Bay Area. There was a migrant family in my son's class. One day, the family vanished. Poof. No one has any idea where they went. And, as far as I know, no one investigated. :(
They call them obama phones.
Yes, and I am sure there are multiple funding sources. Since this happened in LA, and being on medical was the only requirement, I think this particular batch of phones is paid for by the State of California.
