It could also start under FJB and continue after the election is stolen; when 85% of people voted Trump. Then the flood of declas occurs when everyone is wanting to know wtf is going on. Scare event + Truth released at the same time. Quite the combo. Humans are designed to remember things vividly and for an extended time when they told/shown things while they are in a fearful state. It's a survival mechanism.
