Don't be like CNN (don't put words in Trump's mouth) listen again Trump did not say he would do it Trump said, "I will urge Congress to ensure that anyone caught trafficking children across our border receives the death penalty immediately" You don't urge someone to do something if you think your king, and can just do it.
