I must admit I agree with you there. That has been hard for me to reconcile. I have only two possible explanations. First, perhaps Jared is playing a role in this movie we are watching as well. Appear bad, but really working as a white hat. Both Ivanka and Jared may be working as a team. I just can't see Trump allowing his pride and joy to truly go that far into a relationship just for optics. Second, perhaps he was originally good and was replaced. In any event, I don't believe Trump would allow his grandchildren to be abused. I just can't fathom he'd allow that to happen. I guess we'll all know soon, at least who Trump's VP is anyway.
