I'm not sure you understand the concept of MK Ultra. To be most effective, it is started very very young. It's not subtle manipulation through media, or anything like that. It is trauma-based disassociation, leading to split personalities which can be programmed individually. It is a horrendous practise of unimaginable evil. But it's extremely effective, and could easily result in exactly what you describe.
The short term for it something like Pain/Drug Hypnosis, and yes, I know lots about it, started studying it way back in the early 90s, and found it to be one of the most Horrible Disgusting things that any human could possibly do to another....
Technically speaking, I believe it is ""Mental Rape"", and that's worse then phusical rape, by many leagues....
