Prosecuting him and his admin and controllers shouldn't be hard. He's paying off the Taliban to the tune of $47-$82M+ WEEKLY (no one in the current govt can give a solid number), has said they're good people and that the U.S. is now working with them, and stranded thousands of Americans, hundreds of which are still trapped there. Oh, and his admin actively sold out our allies to the Taliban who then took those lists and went hunting, still hasn't paid the families of the 9/11 victims with half the money we were holding for the legitimate Afghan govt like he said he would, allowed the Taliban to effectively steal the other half ($7B in U.S. currency gone), and allowed Al Qaeda/Taliban continue infiltrating our country, AND also freed the man who would later become AQ's Head of Ops in Afghanistan, basically making him the most powerful man in the Islamic terror world. Th Biden Admin has been allowing AQ/Taliban to just give away the arms and equipment we left behind, allowed 13 soldiers and Marines to be slaughtered during the botched pull out without any retribution from us. And the head of AQ/Taliban is allowed to auction off the money we send over there while keeping 10% for himself (who does that sound like?).

That alone would be considered treason in every other country in the world.

Now, who would like to expand this list to domestic policy.
