True. But the poor thing is like an evil little child - he believes what the "adults" in his world tell him with complete trust. Yes, Joe... there is a Santa Claus (quite a few, actually) with very DEEP pockets and promises.

I can imagine our enemies licking their chops now. Weak. Ineffectual. Belligerent. Have we ever been weaker? Jimmy Carter must be VERY grateful.
