Not properly refrigerated would be my best guess. A very common thing for vaccines is to keep them refrigerated or frozen depending on the vaccine in question.
Typically if they aren’t properly refrigerated it can affect how it’s supposed to work. Or well how we are told it’s supposed to work at any rate. They are supposed to be disposed of. Rather than administered.
It’s related to product quality, agree probably related to cold chain storage. Remember early on it needed super sub zero temps and then they relaxed that?

Well...im asking these questions because my dad has had parkinson like symptoms for 2 years now and its getting worse.
I just find it odd because if it is a storage issue...its like these people are admitting to doing it. How otherwise would the patient know?
