Everything he says does make sense, but Hillary won't be controlled and whoever is behind the scenes controlling Joe, won't like not being in charge and making the decisions. So he may be correct in what he says, but Hillary (and she will lose) won't take orders from anyone-she is the KING and will not listen to anyone else. She does have the ideology down, but not the order taking!
And, as some have said here, she has health issues and may not be alive-as far as we know or think. She is a dictator and in poorer health than Trump.
