Exactly. All the bullshit from refusing evidence, to telling the Jury they don't have to have a unanimous decision, to taking a Federal misdemeanor and making is a State Felony. This case was so fucked up. They just wanted a conviction and had to know they were going to get questioned on their bullshit.
