That and a battalion of greyhound buses and or school busses to get those Philly voters to the Delaware polls.

Not like we haven't seen democrats bussing voters all over the place to impact elections illegally in the past 20 years. Considering the technology and opportunity for this method of voter fraud has been around for 60 years now, I'm sure it's been widely used.
