Yep, those mineral spirits can be super dangerous if left out in the open exposed to oxygen. Exothermic reactions are hazardous. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Takes anywhere from 30min to 2hrs. Depends on the rag, type of mineral spirits, amount of oxygen.
