Is she getting paid by Federal gov’t or State of NY as is Constitutionally required for NY rep? If getting paid or receiving “emoluments” from Feds, then she is foreign agent and potentially deportable due to automatic loss of citizenship per Amendment XIII (re-ratified 1824) and Imm/Nat Act of 1964. Likely applies to all of Congress.
