IDK, I have an uncle who got his leg blown off by a land mine in Vietnam and he has had nothing but good to say about the VA. Maybe it's just this one hospital that somehow stands above the rest, but whenever he needs a new leg, he gets it PKQ, no questions asked.

Some might be decent yet. Many veterans I know don't like the VA hospital. When I was in A, my dentist volunteer one day a week in Portland VA just to help them out.
