This post is standard TPV fare. Their consistent standard format is:

Over-the-top false sensationalistic headline + 2-3 false assertion sentences + copy/paste reference of actual legitimate material with loose connection to the topic that appears to give credence to the false headline + assertions, but which does not actually.
