I've talked to consultants and lawyers, and have yet to have one of them disagree that the Chevron deference decisions are the most consequential SC decisions in a century in terms of striking at the heart of the Deep/Administrative State. Yet, I have not heard ONE WORD about it from ANY 'media' since the day the decisions were announced including Faux News/Business. It almost seems as if the media thinks that if they don't talk about it, it didn't happen... Anybody have any thoughts on this? Is everyone waiting for 'the other shoe to drop'? Pray tell what that might be....

People need to educate themselves on this and also start suing the government. For example all these mayors across the country not allowing citizens to speak or making policies to censor the citizens is already against the constitution they are not allowed to use this Chevron as a source now either.
Remember evil and tyranny is completely fine with you getting to a point but they are educated see… they know many will not have the courage to beyond and they will be beguiled to keep their mouth shut and yet when they do that -we do that - we don’t have standing in court because there was no damage done. We obeyed orders before they bite you so to speak.
These unelected and elected will not just give up their power they craved and believe they are entitled too.
It is happening. Ambulance chasing lawyers are leaning into making massive changes to their career paths.
