It'll be business as usual by Wednesday. This is Texas. The only thing is that I was hoping for it to come a bit further westerly down around the Naval Air Stations. I need a good watering. This storm is moving fast enough that it will be out of the area completely tomorrow. Remember Harvey... drunken bastard stumbled around in circles for almost a week. So now back to watch for some volatility from the north .... you know tornado "alley". And as always "God is in the rain". Without storms this old world dry up and fade away except on the water's edges. Seriously think about how much water it takes to keep this brown dirt, gray and tan rocky world so green. Crews from all over Texas are already in place to help get the grid back up and running "smoothly".
