I want to see 95% federal staff cut as first bullet. Most of others will automatically fall off. The remaining 5% staff should work on doing the same at state level and so on to remove all people sucking our hard earned moneys until we have very little honest personnel left in "government" (we would label it completely differently to reflect their real job as coordinators or facilitators).
