Why is the Biden stalling event not understood as just another narrative—-just another act under the big circus tent?! Biden does what he is told— always.

Might want to add this reason. Biden is negotiating his exit package whereby he is guaranteed income after he leaves. I suspect this also includes not being prosecuted post his departure... for him and his family. Like any top politician, he has a vault of blackmail evidence he leverages them with. As soon has these guarantees are made... he will exit.
