Why is the Biden stalling event not understood as just another narrative—-just another act under the big circus tent?! Biden does what he is told— always.

I think we will vote in November but there won't be an 'election' since no one will be certified by Congress as elected and no swearing in as President will occur. That would put the precipice being after Nov 5 and the Trump "loss" .. a 100% near-death experience.
