I know that Sunday on the morning news in Houston, they reported that the disaster declaration was in place for the entire Texas Gulf Coast counties, in preparation for the request for federal aid. They only had to wait for the inland counties to report needs after landfall, which was 4am Monday. So bidets folks are full of chicken shiite!
