Because I don't think a DNA test can identify psychopaths or behavioral traits I am looking to exclude. Also racial harmony is just one fracture line in a society and I'm also looking to find other traits. To my mind the real issue is how you handle kids. If you're carefully curated a society of stable and compatible people and then they go creating new people you run the risk that they create people that don't meet your filter criteria.

Skull shape is more than enough, keep it white only deal with problems as they arise and you'll be fine, just dont let any shapeshifters in.

If you're carefully curated a society of stable and compatible people and then they go creating new people you run the risk that they create people that don't meet your filter criteria.

Then cull the defective ones.
