He didn't say that Neuralink is fake. What he said is technology like Neuralink only works temporarily, as the brain eventually builds up scar tissue around it.

Not exactly. He doesn't seem to think that it's fake or a scam from what I can tell. He seems to think that it's just doomed to failure.
