Muddy waters, baby! "Is this real?" is a valid question. If it is, was it intended to be taken literally? Could any human being sincerely believe that? Honestly, they've become so unhinged, it wouldn't be all that much of a shocker.

If it's intended as a psy-op for the weak minded to blink and say, "Hey, why don't we want street gangs off the streets?"...then who would put out such an insulting message?

Maybe it's just meant to be a cynical expression of our current twisted reality.
