I couldn't find my regular sinus pressure pill. Sudafed PE and all the house brands of such have been pulled off the shelf, citing some FDA "studies" that "suggest" it doesn't work. That little red pill has staved off migranes for 7+ years! Luckily, for now, I can still get it off the innerwebs BUT, I think they KNOW what works well and try to make it REALLY HARD to obtain. I'm an automobile mechanic for 42+ years and have seen attempts to strangulate the industry through limited parts availability and quality. NOW, THEY'RE DOING IT TO HEALTHCARE!!!

This is the nasal spray mix that my Greek doctor prescribed for sinusitis, which followed my cold last year. I might have miscopied the handwriting:-
1.0 "Aurid spray", (which seems to be budesonide).
0.5 Otrivin drops.
0.5 Tobramycin drops (= O-3-amino-3-deoxy-?-D-9 glucopyronosyl-(1-6)-O-[2.6 diamino - 2,3,6 - trideoxy - A - D-ribo - hexopyranosyl - (1 - 4)] - 2 - deoxy - streptamine.)
This is mixed by a pharmacist in the ratios indicated. Shake before use.
