Been a developer in global telecom for a solid 20+ years… it’s a mix of course but no mandates plagued me. Working at a global company has been one of my greatest joys in my career - I get perspectives from pretty much all over from Pune to Sofia to all major UK countries and the US and Canada - I like to think it’s due to intelligence level but really I think it’s because most are too fricken busy like all the time to get stuck on MSM. Telecom though… highly recommend it - excellent industry to be involved in development wise. NCSWIC!
