You know how I know Pa was over run by liberals. When the price of gas & cigarettes skyrocketed. When the kenyan raised the gas prices in NY to $4.00 or so gas in Pa was still $1.80 and a pack of smokes was $5 or so. A few years later they were the same price as in NY.
