RE: Helgelian Dialectic - Problem, Reaction, Solution.

They want to get you, the average goy slob, to accept their solution...so they create a "problem" that scares or pisses everyone off...then all the slobs BEG THEM to "do something!!!", (the Reaction) - and they swoop in with the Solution to play the hero, getting the desired result effortlessly - WITH the people's blessing.
