I don't believe this. The Heritage Foundation has been putting out position papers since the 1980's. I've watched many Heritage Foundation people talk about this project 2025. I have not read it. It's over 900 pages long. Over 100 conservative organizations contributed to it. I'm going to reserve judgement. I think it would be easy to fake ip addresses,
