Tennessee is practically a sanctuary state. Bill Lee is a RINO, he barely does just enough to stay in decent graces. He ignores the fact that sanctuary cities are illegal in Tennessee and he reviewed Memphis and that was it, he has allowed the corruption to spread throughout the city and county.
