Jill does not allow Joe to quit? The old bastard gets on the ticket.
Jill gives in and Joe quits early (late August).
Jill holds on but quits in a few weeks before November.

What would best case for us?

I think the best scenario might be for him to stay on the ticket.

However, I also think the whitehats want to show the people that even their choice of nominee doesn't matter, and that the elites can just throw him out and pick who ever they please to replace him.
