Someone shot him in the head. Why wasn't he behind a bullet proof shield? WHY was his head EVER visible after that?! Why would they give the shooter(s) a 2nd, and 3rd, and 4th shot? Why didn't secret service have a bullet proof shield to cover him with while he exited? This was a secret service failure, big time!
