I have seen comments that this is not the shooter, but in fact, the person that was attending the rally and fatally struck by a bullet.

If that is true, I feel so sorry for his family to see this image callously spread everywhere by the frenzied mob of social media. Apologies to a grieving mother ring empty and are meaningless, as it can't be undone. Such ugliness.
