If it was set up by the DS in a panic attempt then it was a trained shooter at the very least. This is a true miracle. God bless President Trump and all of us wanting the light back in the worlds hearts. o7

Not weird imo can you imagine the stress and anxiety the shooter was feeling? Bystanders close by shouting at police about the guy crawling up the roof. Shooter would have been able to hear this. Fine motor control is super hard in that kind of stress. Buck fever might be a term that applies
