Idk, shit is harder than it looks for weapon ID, I wouldn’t blame the sniper at all. Others need to be investigated bigly.
When doing threat analysis through a sniper scope, it can be really difficult to see a weapon, especially with different angles and everything.
He obviously was looking at him because once the antifa shot, the sniper killed him, but I’ll give him grace in that because I’ve been through that scope trying to identify weapons and it can be close to impossible to get positive ID or a negative weapon.
I mean, there were two of us on an OP 13 years ago that were about to shoot some dude sitting a hole because we both were certain he had a rifle, it was a shovel, but lighting and angles through a scope can be tough to make out
Maybe. But the dirtbag managed to get nine shots off from what I’ve read. Sorry, but the sniper should have alerted someone that the guy was even there in the first place; weapon ID or not.
